We targeted our carbon chromium ratio for an optimized level, and refined the grain elements, in order to increase its wear resistance and fatigue fracture resistance. We have the ability of forging our raw materials, and with the use of a scientific early-stage heat treatment process. The hole of the die is punched by a European gun drilling process which, combined with our vacuum heat treatment process, produces a die hole finish of Ra 0.4 ~ 1.6. With our excellent manufacturing equipment, our products achieve a controlled and consistent quality, while our unique release hole processing technology will make the pellets even smoother and of better quality.
