Shanbao Machinery used CNC puch stamping with uniform and beautiful holes, and hole distance error is less than 0.15mm, aperture error is less than 0.15mm. Use Q195 cold rolling steel to make sure the screens have high-wear resistance and high-intensity. 

 

Special heat treatment with nitriding or nitrocarburizing improves the surface hardening and wear resistance. Surface hardness is over HV450.
